[FIXED JENKINS-9203] in light of 9c965617, I think the proper fix is to define a mechanism to abort with status.

To make views reusable elsewhere, removing "Manage Jenkins" from View and moving the logic to the top-level Hudson class.

StringParameterDefinition and reuse most of its views.

Jenkins should check also node properties before assigning a flyweight task

Added ViewGroup.getItemGroup() so that views can be used with ItemGroups in general, not just with Hudson.

extracted the commonality into ViewGroupMixIn, much like we have ItemGroupMixIn. This makes reuse in plugins easier, too.
