This came from Alpha CSP guys during JUC Israel. The remote API needs to expose a better way of tracking a submitted task.

This came up with a conversation with JFrog folks who neede to insert a
custom Plexus component to tweak the behaviour.

This scheme allows the caller to insert additional jar files into the
Maven process.

[FIXED JENKINS-15587] Do not issue a warning about unparsable build timestamps if it is just a number, i.e. failed symlink.

Not really solving anything here—there is no plausible implementation that could run under these circumstances—
but at least reporting the problem more clearly.
