Add bunch of comments, reorder, indent.

Also move the creation of the counter HTML into Docs.Comments, so
there's one single place for it.

Make the help pop open automatically when the editor gets focused.

Change the text on the link that expands the help.

Simplify the help text considerably.

Make it work with renamed Json class.

Print also those classes that are exactly the same.

Show warning in comment title when posting to inherited member.

Clean up lots of styles.  Eliminate few unused ID-s and classes.

The POST /comments API call now returns the newly added comment
as a result in addition to just returning an ID.

The commentForm is now an actual component.

Also show the read status.

Take care of the toggling of comments help inside the form.

Nothing more for start.

Only turn properties into configs when dealing with autodetected members.

The validation relied on user_id field being available in comment
data, but this field was in fact missing, resulting in the comment author
to never equal current user.

Handle the whole voting logic inside comments.List view.
