Previously refreshing the page while example tab open, would close all other tabs.
Now first loading all the tabs and only after that performing history navigation.

Clearing the page first and then loading the example.

Created separate examples.Container class.

Regression caused by switching to deferred rendering of all tabs.

Good news: no more duplicated code for rendering class docs.

Bad news: It's really-really slow at the moment.

Previously when switching from guide tab to class tab the examples
in first tab would get set to zero height.  Now only recalculating
the heights of examples in the tab to which we switch to.

- Add missing semicolons.
- Remove commented o=ut code.

Added print-template.html which like template.html gets scanned for
CSS files which then get concatenated.

Include the ext-all-debug.js needed by inline examples.
Include bootstrap.js needed by larger examples.
