Added lightColor property to Cesium3DTileset, Model, and ModelGraphics to change the intensity of the light used when shading model.
Added imageBasedLightingFactor property to Cesium3DTileset, Model, and ModelGraphics to scale the diffuse and specular image-based lighting contributions to the final color.
