Fix filelist size issues, breadcrumb, multiselect

- calculate multiselect header width to exclude scrollbar
- call FileList._onResize() when sidebar is toggled ("appresized"), this
  also updates the breadcrumb width
- moved global getScrollBarWidth() to OC.Util namespace
