Refine input validation

- Remove usage of JS core checkValidity() in favour of custom backend compliant validation
- Rewrite and refactor with removal of form tag in favour of section
- Scope styles
- Remove many uses of $nextTick
- Refine disabled state logic
- Translate account property constants
