Lot of improvements:

- toolbar is togglable
- merged http and router view
- Added more content to http view
- Made IProfiler an IProfile a public api to prepare move of the
  profiler app to a seperate app
- Lot of cleaning up
- Started adding documentation
- Started adding profiler condition (still WIP)
