Move XML tests into tests module (#66) 

* Create new module for XML tests and TestRunner

* Fix build, remove obsolete files

* Update USING.md

Update USING.md to reflect extended module structure

* Move XML test source into test fork of module tests to prevent being included in app fat jar

* Update USING.md
