* Rename `CLinker` to `Linker` 

* Rename `CLinker::systemCLinker` to `CLinker::nativeLinker`
* Move system linker factory back as an instance method in `Linker`
* Improve javadoc of `Linker`
* Check all usages of `native` in javadoc (and replace some of them)
