Improve Overlay Noding validation (#257) 



* Add check for End-Interior intersection points to InteriorIntersectionFinder
* Javadoc, renaming, refactoring
* Add FastNodingValidator unit test
* Add test XML file which requires Noding improvements
* Rename NodingIntersectionFinder (was InteriorIntersectionFinder)
* Fix test for interior vertex self-intersection
