[JENKINS 13870] Make all test results tables highlight row on hover

Added the bigtable css class to all testresults tables that were missing it.

So long as we need to define a variable for the tr anyway, it is less scary to terminate the fluid API there between each td.

(More practical for conditional inclusion of elements.)

Experimented with loading innerHTML of a hidden prototype HTML element,
