I had a misunderstanding of the values in {0} and {1}. Both are names.
{1} is the shorter username rather than {0} which is the full ldap
specifier.

This reverts commit 8feb91bb.

"java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: clouds" in libvirt plugin and other cloud plugins, as the type of the field has changed.
The same problem can potentially occur with MasterComputer, so I fixed that as well.

Added a new WipeOut permission (enabled through the hudson.security.WipeOutPermission system property) to control the "Wipe Out Workspace" action

Clamp the lower bound of the predicted minimum number of idle executors
at 0 to prevent an IndexOutOfBoundsException.

[FIXED JENKINS-9203] in light of 9c965617, I think the proper fix is to define a mechanism to abort with status.
