Integrated a newer version of remoting & args4j

- of course drive mappings are user scoped and can change from user session to user session, so calling them absolute is a bit of a joke... none the less, for our purposes they are absolute enough

Instead of hard-coding the list, do this through @Extension(ordinal=...) mechanism.
This way, other plugins can add default columns in places that they control.
