run surefire with java.io.tmpdir -> ${project.build.directory} : solaris puzzle me with this shared /var/tmp !

so i can use now directly : mvn install -pl war -am to get the war without building tests too

so not delete/unzip anymore for all units but reuse already extracted one.
preserve io stuff :-)

use java.io.tmpdir to ${project.build.directory} when running tests : prevent issues on unix machine (solaris) and this shared /var/tmp
